Are You Aware of Google's June 2019 Core Update?

Google 2019 Core Update
Google started rolling out a new core update on Monday, June 3rd and many search engine marketing professionals have their fingers crossed that the new changes won't kill client search engine rankings.

We've been watching our web sites and haven't seen any significant differences as of today. Google has been communicating about this update (more than usual) and says that the roll-out will take some time to move through the firm's massive data centers.

So, keep an eye on your company's organic web site search rankings.

Search Engine Land is covering this update in their typical diligent reporting fashion. Here are two of their latest articles about the June 2019 Core Update:

Did anyone else notice what happened with Google?

Google search console help
Google Search Console
" I thought Google had finally forced me to buy advertising. My web sites disappeared from the index and organic rankings in late March and all of April 2019. Jaw dropped when I looked at SEO Moz reports."
Does that sound familiar? Don't worry, millions of web sites were apparently effected by the various "challenges" Google had with the role out of their new Search Console in March and April 2019. Here at GBM we didn't dodge the "bot" either and our site ranking reports looked like a bad joke. In fact, it took Google several weeks to claim ownership over this mess and that was even more torturous. We didn't have a clue what was going on because it made no sense.

Today it seems that things are returning to "normal" and reporting for ranking, site maps, indexing all seem to have a pulse again.

Wouldn't it be nice if Google showed all of us some good faith and just sent us triple our normal traffic to heal the cyber pain?
